"I'm too tired."

"It's already so late."

"I don't have the time."

Any of these sound familiar?

Read below to learn some helpful tips on finding the motivation to workout!

Finding the will to exercise is not always easy.

Here are our top five ways to get motivated to workout:

1. Get enough sleep.

Getting enough sleep can help you feel more energized to take on those workouts!

2. Eat a pre-workout snack.

If you're lagging in energy, it might help to eat a quick pre-workout snack. Eating a small mix of protein and carbs can add fuel to your workout!

3. Hydrate.

Staying hydrated throughout the day can help keep your energy reserves steady. Drinking water is hydrating and good for the body. Coconut water is also a good option because it supplies hydration and electrolytes.

4. Pump up the jams.

Listening to your favorite workout playlist could help to put you in the mood to pump that iron and get that cardio in!

5. Do a warm-up.

Just the act of warming up before your workout can get you in the groove. Most people who started a workout ended up finishing it, and those who complete a workout don't regret doing so afterwards!
